Store Data: With your authorization, we access your Shopify store data including product catalog, order history, and customer segments to power our AI features. We do not access customer payment information.

Platform Integrations: When you connect third-party services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo), we access performance data as authorized by you through their respective OAuth flows.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including features accessed, workflows created, and content generated.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate content, analytics, and competitive intelligence for your brand

4. AI & Data Processing

Your store data is processed by AI models to generate content, analytics, and insights. We do not use your proprietary business data to train models that serve other customers. Your data remains isolated to your account.

Competitor intelligence is derived from publicly available information (storefronts, ad libraries, public pricing) and does not involve accessing private data of third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
